Today my card is a thank you card for my brother and his wife. Very simple yet nice.
I also entered this card in a challenge at Stampin Pretty with Mary Fisher, challenge #PPA185. I used a ready made kraft colored card, rounded the edges, rounded the edges of my patterned paper, then used solid paper in green and white to make my strip. I stamped my sentiment on a piece of the patterned paper and cut it out using the apothecary die cut. I then cut out one just larger in black for a backing.
Judy, I like your rounding of the corners and the angle of the Thanks. I think it gives the card a warm amd homey feel. Thank you for playing at Pals Paper Arts.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Diane...the rounded corners really set this card off! I love the paper you used. Thanks for playing at Pals Paper Arts this week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful CAS card!!

Judy - I love the repetition of patterns in the background and behind the sentiment. Great card! Thanks for playing along with the PPA challenge this week.
